Displays or not the header bar at the top of the panel. The header holds the caption of the panel and, when enabled, its toolbar buttons (minimize, close, etc.). When OFF, the caption and the toolbar are hidden and the whole height of the panel is available for its content.
Example on sequenced-lines.
Height of the header in pixels, from 0 to 50. The toolbar buttons and the caption are scaled to this height.
Background color of the header. When the panel is being MIDI learned, the header takes the MIDI learn color instead.
When ON, the header is drawn as a solid bar spanning the whole width of the panel (HH5 style), with the rounded corners of the panel. When OFF, only a small bar is drawn in the upper left corner of the panel and the rest of the header area shows the panel background.
