Allows to choose latch or momentary mode for each controller switch (selector "Latch 0/1"), then converts each control change number to match your hardware settings (selector "#CC converter").
An optional status window shows the switches/pedals behaviour.
Also avoids the wrong status of latch switches when changing presets.
I've made this patch for a Roland FC300 midi foot controller (14 switches on CC#1 to #14 and 2 pedals on CC#15 and #16) but I'm sure it can fit a lot of midi controllers

Note: all the foot controller switches must be in momentary mode.

Please Olivier do not hesitate to delete it if it seems useless
