sdk Update param info

might be complex,but who knows^^

having a way to update a param setting sometimes after init could be useful.

for exemple usine base faders and several others have ability to adjust format .x .xx .xxx of output displayed value even after they were initialized via a combobox, wich looks like a post init possible edit of pParamInfo->Format ?

what i would find handy is that for exemple ptDataFader are great to visualise how a value react easily on module panel,

problem over datafield is that they got to have their min and max set once on init, and format too for exemple

(dk maybe it's already possible to edit but didn't found the way..)

if man could change those min / max / format would be great
