contextual patch menu pop drives me crazy

Hi,
Each time I click a patch background its contextual menu pops up. I spend my time closing it. Why this, as it doesn't happen when clicking a module ?

Another suggestion : the browser goes in background when patching. I spend my time double hitting ctlr+B to display it. What about having it always in front ?
