Modules/Patches in the Browser

I can't seem to figure out how to do this well.

I created a subpatch and drop this patch into the modules folder with the rest...and go and reset....wanting my new subpatch or module to show up....is there a way to do this already I am not finding?

If not I'd like a folder rescan so I can dynamically add to the browser....or possibly default to saving patches to the browser directories.

The best way is to create your personal library..? better habits for updates
then a simple clic on the reset button
