In some cases, when you want to route stuff by matrix as more flexible and faster approach rather than managing combo-boxes, there might be a problem if inputs and outputs go to same paths, so if you route audio/data/midi to itself, you get the feedback loop and it can cause a freeze or otherwise not work properly. to avoid that, it would be useful to have option for disabling certain cells in matrix, or at least disable all diagonal cells, so you can't hit them by accident in live situations. I haven't got any idea how to workaround this by patching, so I'm making it as suggestion for new option in Matrix modules.

One other thing that would be useful is to be able to set min and max values or at least have a way to make cells polarity adjustable, meaning having -1 as lowest point, 1 as highest and 0 as default off position. Thus having a visual feedback like symmetric fader inside the cell or separate colour, would be helpful as well for negative value indication.
