learns (keys, midi)

In the learns we now have midi and key learns, and the key learns panel include the global key actions for moving racks, showing IB etc. There is also the global scroll wheel action - to zoom racks etc.
It would be very neat if the scroll wheel and any other global mouse actions was also in the learns panel, so they can be reset or modified for example - maybe so the scroll wheel could be made to do something other than zoom, if zoom is not required.

hi, it's a good suggestion.
But it means that I have to implement a kind of 'mouse learn' which is not so easy.
I keep the idea and see what I can do.
