When polyphony is enabled, the "voice" number is appended to the caption names. This is generally very useful, but when you want to set the captions as part of a user interface, for example set a switch caption to the name of a synth preset (e.g "Stereo Grand 1"), this is a problem (e.g. you end up with "Stereo Grand 1 2").
For this reason alone, I have not been able to use polyphony in my patch - I had to duplicate the patch several times instead.
Is there any way to prevent that addition of the voice number on the end of the caption ?
Thanks,
Simon.
polyphonic patch captions
right click on your object and in its settings panel/design tab/ unselect show poly order
apply polyphony

Oh that's great.
And I can put one switch onto the "show poly order" parameter of all of them using "once in poly" setting, so I can easily switch it back on if I mix them up in my container panel !
Thanks,
Simon.
