Create Program Change Messages

How do I send Program Change messages to a VST synth in a patch using CREATE MIDI module and using PREV and NEXT buttons?

Here an example with a fader ( 0-127) , ( but you have to know that some plug-in don't accept midi program change message)
each time you change the fader value, the has change module send 1 and create a new message
