Hi,
I'd like to use the enveloppe follower module to remote parameters such as VST parameters, crossfades, etc..
My trouble is the data out is to abrupt, and i'm looking for a way to soften it.
I thought about getting average data from the module, or something equivalent. Do you have an idea ?
Thanks

maybe try the smoother module in/data, can make an average over specified time.

Have you tried large attack and release settings?

I've tried the smoother but my knob is still quite stressed.
I'll see tomorrow if I can find something more convincing with the attack / release settings. I was thinking about a way to send less parameter changes, something slow, a kind of inertia...

in data/data manipulation there's a patch named resample
you can insert it between your audio in and the envelope follower module , could help

ok, I've found the good tuning now.
The resample module is a nice feature. Thanks
