Hi,

is it possible to use "capteurs", like Interface-Z materials with Usine ?

http://www.interface-z.com/

Did Someone try it ?

Thank you.

Hello cmodica, I can't say anything about interface-z specificially, but if a devide is capable of generating and sending MIDI, OSC, audio or some data that can be interpreted as coming from a qwerty keyboard, mouse or joystick - it can be used together with Usine in one way or another. as long as your computer has the setup to receive those data, of course.

Whether a device is practical or not, is an altogether different matter...

Also, you can use the 'Kitchen pack' add on, a set aof ready made patches designed to handle data's from such devices.
Also, Usine works fine with Open Sound Control protocol.
