Preset Manager "Recalling Preset" outlet

Hi, just to be clear before I integrate the Recalling Preset outlet of the PM into a 32 patch template, this outlet will send a value of 1 for the full duration of a preset being loaded and reset to 0 when loading is complete? So if say for example there is a heavy preset that takes 1 second to load, use of this outlet would be an effective method to trigger actions that must not happen until the preset is fully loaded?
I would test this myself, I'm just not sure the best method to do so..
