Hi. On the surround panner is it possible to get the position of the speakers by an outlet ?

on the last surround module no, but maybe you can adapt some patches from the Surround Pack by Hervé Birolini ( v5.80) ...?

Hi !
I have been fiddling intensively with the surround panner, they are great indeed as one can have a 8:1 setup in a matter a minutes, but I could take advantage of some improvements :
- access to the speakers position is a must if you don't use a standard speaker setting ie not in a circle or one omni in the center...(this can be adressed with the surround pack)
- also is it possible to have access to the size and mass of the balls, as they are not memorized when the number of balls are changed ?
this second topic would be cool as it makes the panning behaviours different from one source to another.
maybe keep the sourround panner as is and make an "advance" one ?
Physic modeling is great !

We have worked with Hervé Birolini on a new multi surround Pack, so expect many improvements on this side ;)
