String To Integer?

I am wondering if this script(s) do not work.
I setup a text field for inputting values, and trying to show the value input on a fader.
I inserted the String to Integer, String to Float, etc.... and no values seem to pass to the output.

(Subtracting the output of the text field by 48 to show the numeric value...btw)

I am thinking this will work after the fast-script gets implemented?
Or maybe I am just having issues?

Thanks Nay, it was my implementation.
Confused expecting text/string output to be truly text/string...and now just realizing the value is ASCII
I started by testing the output and adjusted the output to a "What you see is what you get".....that was my error as the scripts are actually not String to Integer....they are ASCII to Integer.

Maybe need to update the wiki to indicate output type is ASCII, would be more intuitive to change module names to indicate IO as ASCII.
