Color chooser window should respond to touch movement

This is really not a major one, but I just noticed.

The small color chooser pop-up window fades through the shades as you move the mouse around the selection area with the button down.
But if you use touch, only the initial touch is responded to - when you move your finger around the area the shades do not fade.
Since touch is often not as precise or repeatable as the mouse, sliding the finger around would be useful to get the exact shade you want.

right but on Windows only the main window receives touch info unfortunately not on popups. Nothing I can do because it a Win feature...

but when popup window is used in workspace, the UI elements seem to respond fine to touch. Maybe make fake popup window for color chooser?
