settings panel scrolling

If you have the settings panel in a single column, you need to scroll it up and down, which is what you expect.

Please can we have the mouse wheel to scroll the settings panel (could be an "expert" option).

At the moment you have to drag the scrollbar since the scroll wheel only scrolls individual settings options, but does not scroll the whole settings panel.

no expert option, just use the wheel on the scroller or in an empty area of the settings-panel.
