can we get an option to disable 'get help index file'?

When loading modules and pretty much anything, one thing that hinders the process the most is 'get help index file', which personally I don't care at all about, since I never use 'help' button. Can we have option to disable help index entirely?

I the next version 145, the help-file-index will be loaded once at startup.
