it could be cool to be able to read a pixel color. ie a panel with a bg image, read X,Y asked pixel of the image. could maybe work also with BMP flows
i have met by the past already several scenaris where it would have helped. one basic exemple is make custom shape buttons. lets say an hexagon or more complex shape mask and know if the mouse is really inside the hexagon limits would be really easy with such tool.
but there can be many other uses like quicky generate datas using images, mappers, colors selectors ect
