segment visible input array in custom path

I was wondering if it was somehow possible to draw only each nth segment in the custom path module. Was thinking for kind of a size or visibility array input. But maybe its something we do via iml access to layout?
gonna investigate but i fail to understand how we assign header names to modules now and target them via iml in hh. Any enlightments?

probably possible by filtering nth point in the input array of the path?
maybe a module is missing for that.
