Find in patch is something I use a lot. Would be handy if there were a button for find in patch at the bottom of the popup info panel. Otherwise it's three clicks to get there from fullscreen ib mode.

I try to maintain settings panel as light as possible, which is an hard job...
also find in patch is, conceptually, a command, not a settings?
so I don't if it's a good idea to multiply commands everywhere.

Is there currently a key-bind for this, maybe a more user-defined key-bind menu? Like if you hold down F and click?
I agree senso some cases I like to make the settings and commands to completely disappear at times...but you always need something when you hide it
I think more ability to key-bind for other items like the toolbox, interface builder, and possibly addition of specific user-defined modules would be great. I picked up an Avid Transport that keeps screaming shortcut keys, however I feel really limited at the moment.
Is there a template file that can be modified to help gurulogic create a shortcut key, or possibly allow me to map my interface for more efficient development?

+1 for interface control via keycommands.
Or possibly also a usine interface control module, so you could put an 'open settings' or 'open patch window' button in your WKP?

woodslanding, there is the key command module and also a load patch and load workspace module within the browser. I have never used it however I think this might be what you are recommending.
A more user-definable key-bind control to allow all mapping would be good, however woodslanding does make a point that it would be very cool to have the ability to trigger all settings from module ; ) Thinking about this scares me...sounds like HollyHock is starting to become self-sustaining and can do anything on it's own...soon it will not need us to build it's patches
I just found the global key-commands should be able to cover all aspects of the global features and commands. Even if it doesn't it should have a user-defined control. I use Shortcut keys for the browser and Lock/Unlock constantly, when I am at my touchpad I get lost without and find a lot slower.

I'll think about your suggestions. but not sure it's a priority compared to the huge list of improvement in the next major release...
