Disable touch hi-precision per control

I like hi-precision, but I'd like some controls to respond directly. Like my main volume controls. Also a fader at the edge of the screen is difficult to zero with hi precision on. I'd like high precision on knobs(which don't mimic my hand motion anyway) more often than on faders, which can be nice moving right under my finger.

I originally intended to request the option to disable hi-precision for some controls, but I'm not sure why hi-precision should be a global value for all controls in all workspaces anyway. It seems much better on a control per control basis. Some controls need very precise tuning, others do not.
