Yet More Preset Manager Suggestions

Right now I would find it very handy if there were a module I could drop in a sub patch that would block the patch from being affected by any parent preset managers but still be able to use a preset manager within the sub patch.

Also being able to put a preset manager wherever I wanted and set a target patch for the preset actions would be very usefull in some cases.
