vst preset manipulations

With plogue bidule, i could copy and paste presets within fxbs of vsts that didn't have their own mechanism for loading and saving presets.

This would be a nice feature to have in usine. i've been using mostly NI stuff, which has its own preset support. But I missed this recently when working with some free vsts that lack it.

I guess in the interim, I could open them up in bidule, edit and save the banks, and then open the fxbs from usine.....

I found an easier workaround--I can use 'save preset' and 'load preset'...... It would still be nice to reorder and put banks together, tho!
