Disable background scrolling in IB?

I have carefully laid out my touchscreen interface so it fits on one screen with no need for scrolling. But usine still scrolls when I drag on the background.

Could we have an option to disable this? I'd like my controls to stay put! When I try to change the value of a control, sometimes I end up dragging the interface out of view.

there is an option
- right click somewhere in the IB
- choose 'edit layout'
- disable 'scrolling effect'
