documentation for SDK

Some of the SDK techniques are covered by the example modules, but other are undocumented. Please can the SDK documentation include and example of how each function is used in code.

For example, I am unable to work out how to use sdkAddSettingsLineString(), or whether there is a bug, as the only hint is in the header file, which does not contain sufficient information.

You're right. The documentation is an hard job. I hope to have time for that soon.
