arrow up/down in select buss/quicklink dialog

AKAIK, there is know way to scroll the quicklink or buss select windows. So, if I am working on my laptop, and do not have a scroll mouse, I can still use the feature?

Or maybe there is an alternate way to get scrollmouse functionality??
