Refresh switch bitmap

Right now, if I change the bitmap ON or OFF for a switch, it doesn't take effect until the switch is turned on and off again.

I'd like to be able to show a switch as disabled by changing the bitmaps. Max actually offers a disabledON and disabledOFF setting for switches, and I was hoping to emulate that......

WIndows 8 version 236c.

Maybe fixed in 237?
