Matrix Based Note/CC Step-Sequencer with User-Defined Matrix
Note Layout is fully customizable by putting the Matrix in "Edit" mode, selecting the columns to modify and drag-drop
in a Cipher/Rubix style manner.

Known Bugs as of 7/31/14:
1. Dynamic/Global Velocity Combo-Box and Velo Knob are disconnected. Setting from "fade" to "knob" will disable the output when knob moved.
2. Preset Manager Vertical Bar, Buttons need bigger size as sometimes edge-presses are ignored.
3. Oddities in Preset Manager handling at times when saving quantize, step resolution settings.
4. CC Display values do not update to full 127 value until another value is modified. Value is max but until another callback is seen it does not register the cell-caption update.
5. No Error Handling as of yet for CC Number Text Panel input. Incorrect values will disable entire output until corrected.
Found CC output was not merged, re-uploaded and add-on should be correct, if CC does not output re-download add-on.
