Midi Transpose with Octave Foldback

As requested by Moody33 in http://www.sensomusic.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=1100 I've uploaded a new patch for transposing MIDI notes with some extras to restrict note ranges sent. The "foldback" part comes from how the notes outside the selected output range are "folded back" into the lowest/highest octave.

Behaves a bit strange if you have small (less than an octave) ranges selected.
